Only half a mile from the A19 we are close to the coast to coast and Cleveland Way, being only two miles from the North York Moors. The house is 1880 and we have strived to keep it as Victorian as possible. All rooms have wifi, T.V, tea and coffee making facilities. Rooms have choice of en suite, totally private bathroom or toilet and washbasin. We pride ourselves in our home grown, stress free beef and all produce is either home grown or sourced locally. We are happy to provide tranfers for a small charge and are very flexible on breakfast times whilst offering packed lunches or evening meal by arrangement.

  Set in the heart of the North York Moors National Park, Thirley Cotes Farm is a Grade II Listed Farm. Dating back to circa 1830, Thirley Cotes is mentioned in the Doomsday Book. The Main house is set in a courtyard setting of out buildings, that has had the main Granary, Livestock Building and Cart Shed developed into a wonderful luxury development of 4 Holiday Cottages.   Our Victorian house is close to the paths and the cliff lift to the Scarborough Spa complex and south bay beach. We are on a quiet street close to the cliff top and there are good walks from the guest house to the sand, the sea and the waves, to cafes, gardens, and along the route of the Cleveland Way.
